Currently, we are looking to add an Order Entry Specialist (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM SHIFT) to the team:
Responsibilities And Duties
- Process orders received by phone, fax, email, website, and mail
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client history: interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and plans of action
- Review product back orders and special orders
- Act as a liaison between various departments
- Observe safety, security, and regulatory procedures
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, plans and procedures
- Education: Associate degree preferred
- Experience: 2 years (customer service related)
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, be organized, and pay attention to detail
- Availability to work on-site in Ann Arbor during normal business hours
