Job Position: Order Entry Specialist
Location: Holly, MI
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Shift: Full-Time, Temporary/Contract
We are seeking a full-time temporary Order Entry Specialist to handle AP and order entry with accuracy and efficiency. This role involves processing orders, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
Accurately input customer orders into the ERP system, ensuring up-to-date and correct information.
Respond to order inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Monitor order status, collaborate with freight forwarders, and work with internal teams (sales, supply chain, warehouse) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle changes, cancellations, or discrepancies in orders.
Maintain accurate records and keep the order processing system updated.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
Strong understanding of accounting procedures, including accounts payable (AP).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Must pass a drug test and criminal background check prior to starting assignment.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
