- Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and reporting of a field trial for a cutting-edge energy management service.
- Analyse program performance data and trends, providing insights and recommendations in virtual power plant (VPP).
- Design, plan, operate (including communication and collaboration with the project team), and provide data analysis and report out on a field trial for the VPP program.
- Field trial for 'Smart Save' Energy management for utility Demand.
- Knowledge of virtual power plants (VPPs) or energy efficiency technologies.
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities of the energy service field trial.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and field agents to ensure smooth trial execution.
- Communicate effectively with Customer, providing updates, collecting feedback.
- Prepare and deliver weekly status reports and a comprehensive final presentation summarizing trial outcomes.
- Ensure project compliance with organizational processes and governance standards.
- Manage email templates, and other communications relevant to the trial.
- Maintain and update project documentation including timelines, status trackers, and contact databases.
- Familiarity with demand response programs, smart thermostats, or distributed energy resources (DERs).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the energy, utilities, or technology sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Project, Word, Excel, and Forms).
- Experience engaging with residential customers or field-based program participants.
