Field Trial Project Coordinator

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and reporting of a field trial for a cutting-edge energy management service.

• Analyse program performance data and trends, providing insights and recommendations in virtual power plant (VPP).

• Design, plan, operate (including communication and collaboration with the project team), and provide data analysis and report out on a field trial for the VPP program.

• Field trial for ‘SmartSave’ Energy management for utility Demand.

• Knowledge of virtual power plants (VPPs) or energy efficiency technologies.

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activities of the energy service field trial.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and field agents to ensure smooth trial execution.

• Communicate effectively with Customer, providing updates, collecting feedback.

• Prepare and deliver weekly status reports and a comprehensive final presentation summarizing trial outcomes.

• Ensure project compliance with organizational processes and governance standards.

• Manage email templates, and other communications relevant to the trial.

• Maintain and update project documentation including timelines, status trackers, and contact databases.

• Familiarity with demand response programs, smart thermostats, or distributed energy resources (DERs).

Qualification:

• BE/B Tech/BS
