Role Overview

The VOIP Services Project Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ANGRC IT Help Desk Support Services. This position requires an individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


Key Performance Indicators

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Mastery of VOIP services, including design, deployment, and maintenance.
