We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Director to lead our store team. The Store Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of retail management, and the ability to effectively manage staff while maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train employees, including conducting employee orientation and ongoing development.
- Oversee cash handling processes to ensure accuracy and security of financial transactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase store profitability.
- Manage inventory levels, including pricing, purchasing, and stock management to optimize sales.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
Experience
- Proven experience in store management or retail management within retail or similar environment.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management.
- Excellent math skills for pricing, budgeting, and inventory analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
