Role Overview:
As the Strategy Analyst/ Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will play a crucial role in building and managing the ‘Office of the CEO’. This position is ideal for a strategic and highly organized individual(s), passionate about working closely with the Founder to drive the company’s vision forward. You will contribute to shaping the company’s growth by assisting in the execution of strategic initiatives, overseeing key projects, and optimizing the Founder’s workflow across all business areas.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a deep understanding of AI, Sustainability, or the Built World, who can align with the company’s mission to innovate and make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Founder to plan and execute strategic initiatives, aligning with company goals.
- Office of the CEO: Build and manage processes to ensure operational efficiency and support on high-priority tasks.
- Project & Financial Management: Lead key projects and ensure alignment across teams. Support financial modeling and projections for decision-making and fundraising.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Assist in fundraising, investor meetings, and updates. Manage investor communications and ensure transparency on progress.
- Business Insights: Research market trends in AI, sustainability, and construction, providing insights to inform strategy.
- Meeting & Communication: Prepare the Founder for meetings, manage agendas and follow-ups, and ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field from a top tier school. Knowledge of AI, Sustainability, or Built World sectors is a plus.
- Proven experience in business strategy, finance, operations, or consulting.
- Strong analytical, financial, and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
