Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, compliance, and technical support across multiple locations.
• This role involves managing IT policies, ensuring security and compliance, and leading a team to drive efficiency through technology solutions.
• The candidate will manage IT operations with a team of support staff, establishing yearly goals and objectives while developing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and SLAs.
• This position requires supervising IT projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and negotiating vendor contracts for hardware and software procurement.
• The candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs, and optimizing cost-effective IT services.
• Cybersecurity and compliance play a key role, with responsibilities including the implementation of security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality, leading SOC compliance efforts, conducting IT audits, and strengthening security protocols.
• Technical support and infrastructure management will include providing IT training for staff, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing IT systems.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
