What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Support Specialist position at CBTS?
CBTS has partnered with a client in the Lexington, KY area to identify an IT Support Specialist opportunity. This opportunity is a contract/project role running from 5/5 to 7/18 (possible extensions).
This role is supporting a client training release. The IT Support person will be providing BASIC support capabilities for iPad's. This would include:
- iOS updates as needed
- Application updates as needed
- Basic device navigation
- Password resets, user license requirements, and other basic application issues that arise
Candidates don't have to be too technical, just have the ability to provide good customer service with a helpful attitude!
