Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds and inspections
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Prepare accurate estimates for services and repairs
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or powersports environment is a bonus
- Knowledge of oil changes, tire services, shocks/struts, powersports is a plus.
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate recommendations to customers
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in computer systems and software used for service scheduling, invoicing, etc.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ability to obtain a motorcycle endorsement.
