.The Role
This role is critical in enabling the executive to operate at their highest level of impact. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, exercises sound judgment, anticipates needs, and consistently operates with discretion and professionalism.
As a strategic partner and day-to-day operator, you will manage complex calendars, drive operational efficiency, and support key communications, planning, and project coordination. This role requires top-notch relationship management skills, as every interaction with internal and external stakeholders matters.
Tim Welsh leads CCC's customer-facing functions, including sales, marketing, and customer service. This team includes approximately 1,100 employees and 30 executive-level leaders. Tim reports to Githesh Ramamurthy, CEO, and leads a staff of seven senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel management
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Ensure the President is well-prepared for meetings with relevant materials and information
- Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President. Demonstrate strong communication skills and executive presence to represent the executive and company in a professional way
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
- Strategic Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings in a proactive manner
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including customers and vendors
- Creative Problem-solving: Support strategic initiatives and project management efforts as assigned. Address challenges with innovative solutions
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, town halls, and other key events
- Expense Management: Reporting expenses promptly and accurately. Use Workday (HRIS system) to handle vendor information, create purchase orders, and process invoices
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of C-Suite executive support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in the Workday HRIS system a plus; experience working with an HRIS system required
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities in a high-energy work environment
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, managing multiple priorities, project management, administrative coordination, and logistics; demonstrate solid good problem-solving capabilities and strategic management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with various stakeholders
- High level of professionalism and discretion. Ability to maintain confidentiality
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle various situations calmly
- Self-directed and proactive Focus to free up executive time as much as possible
