Responsibilities
Creative Design
Develop and execute high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, email templates, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
Design engaging presentations, infographics, and visual assets that align with client brand guidelines.
Brand Development
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and execute branding projects, including logo design and brand identity creation.
Ensure all design work supports the overall brand strategy and maintains a consistent look and feel.
Campaign Support
Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns with on-brand visuals.
Adapt designs to various platforms, ensuring optimized performance for each medium.
Project Coordination
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions.
Job Requirements
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field OR 2 years of relevant experience in a professional design role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva experience is a plus.
Skills & Tools
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple platforms.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to design for various channels, including social media and email.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or animation tools (preferred but not required).
