Location: Rosedale Office Building Department: Tal Mgmt/Human Resources Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Cook Children's is looking to add a Compensation Analyst I to our growing compensation team. You will provide timely and accurate wage and salary analysis of the applicable local, regional, and national health care markets in order to establish and maintain competitive salary structures within Cook Children's Health Care System. In this role you, are also responsible for database administration, query and report writing functions.
