Cold Room Sales Leader

Overview

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Cold room professional to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the cold storage or refrigeration industry.
• This position requires excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• The candidate should be proactive in expanding our client base and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell cold storage and refrigeration solutions to potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cold storage market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in cold storage, refrigeration, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of cold room solutions and refrigeration products.
• Excellent command of both Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Age: 25-35 years old (preferred).
