Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit customer sites to meet with clients, inspect service quality, and address any concerns or issues promptly. Most of your time will be spent at customer locations
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Promote the company culture and values among field employees, providing guidance and leadership to ensure consistent service delivery
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both clients and employees, ensuring transparency and clarity in all interactions
- Coach, guide, and develop field personnel to enhance their skills and performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and employees
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly and proactively
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
