The Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) will play a critical part in supporting our inclusion goals and provide subject matter expertise related to our overall strategy. This role will serve as a key partner to CCS’s employee resource groups (ERGs) and a resource to the DEIB and Culture Board Committee of the CCS Board. They will lead and support the design and implementation of internal DEIB efforts to embed inclusion and belonging into our culture, business operations and the development and oversight of DEIB related efforts in the areas of reporting, workforce analysis, training, and ERG work. This position will report to the Executive Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging and will interact with leaders and employees across the firm.
Responsibilities
SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $125,000

Responsibilities
- Manages projects, operational objectives, process improvement initiatives, and administrative goals. Supports the logistics, planning, and coordination of the DEIB Team Officers and provides support to subcommittees.
- Provides oversight, guidance, and support for CCS’s employee resource groups. Fosters the growth of new and existing ERGs by building collaborative relationships with leads, executive sponsors, members, and allies.
- Collaborates with ERGs to identify and implement relevant initiatives and cultural awareness programs.
- Supports ERGs in organizing events, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Leads DEIB training curriculum, planning, and execution to craft a blended learning experience. Develops tailored training modules addressing specific diversity topics.
- Supports in the development of program materials to use for advancing DEIB awareness, learning, and action planning.
- Manages the DEIB reporting and data function which include DEIB reports, dashboard maintenance, and project tracking.
- Develops and maintains close working relationships across the firm to align activities with corporate activities.
- Provides input and support for talent acquisition to increase diverse representation across the firm and leverage ERGs in recruitment efforts.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 5-7 years of experience coordinating, developing, and/or managing DEIB initiatives and programs.
- 1-3 years of experience in project and/or program management.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, sociology, communications, or equivalent related experience.
- Excellent knowledge of DEIB best practice and a proven track record of translating best practice into action.
- Collaborative team player with experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels.
- Strong project and process management skills.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to balance and prioritize competing responsibilities.
- Self-starter with high self-motivation and encouragement toward others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to become familiar with firm-wide specific programs and software.
- Cultural flexibility/adaptability.
