This role will have responsibilities in planning, negotiating, and executing Digital Marketing strategy for Athena’s clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning, negotiating, and buying across various platforms, including digital, broadcast, and print. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies across digital, TV, radio, print, and outdoor channels.
- Identify and negotiate with media outlets to secure the best possible ad placements and pricing.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize media buys to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to align media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new media platforms, and technologies.
- Manage media budgets, track spending, and ensure efficient use of client resources.
- Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer with a minimum of 3-5 years in media planning and buying.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic, etc.) and traditional media channels.
- Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of media costs and performance metrics.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret analytics, and adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
Salary : $52,700 - $67,000
