Pay Range: $19.00 per hour

Anticipated employment period: May 15, 2025 - October 31, 2025, with an opportunity to become year-round.

Experience Required:

• Fundamental knowledge and familiarity for the game of golf a positive
• Candidates must be motivated to continue to learn and develop
• Fundamental supervisory practices and principles
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills
• Service and customer focused attitude
• Experienced in written and oral business communications
• Experienced computer user including Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Internet, etc.
• Maintain and promote a positive professional image within the community

Responsibility/Areas and Duties (but not limited to):

• Detail oriented individual and able to prioritize work, managing multiple tasks with limited supervision.
• Ability to work well under pressure .
• Ability to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to problem solve on the spot and take ownership for problem resolution.
• Assists the Director of Retail and Director of Golf with management of all daily golf operations as it pertains to the golf shop.
• Assists the Director Retail and Director of Golf with merchandising the golf shop including: receiving, pricing, invoicing, special order processing, and rotation of displays throughout the golf shop.
• Assists the Director of Retail with monthly golf shop inventory.
• Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Director of Retail and/or Head Golf Professional.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and move about freely in a multi-floor building and open space. The employee is frequently required to visually observe the condition of their surroundings. He/she is routinely required to bend, stoop, stand, walk, carry, and lift objects weighing 50 pounds or less. It is inevitable that other duties will arise from time to time.
