The FP&A team brings clarity and standardization to CDP’s global numbers. Working closely with the Global Controller’s team, we provide financial information, insight and analysis for both external reporting, and CDP’s internal decision making and governance.

About The Financial Planning & Analysis Team

Who You Are
- Must reside and be eligible to work in the locations stipulated above
- Possess Finance experience, including knowledge of annual budgeting processes and charity/nonprofit finances
- Strong Excel skills, ideally some familiarity with Power BI, PowerQuery, VBA or similar, and the ability to flexibly and quickly manipulate and clearly present data
- Organized and able to manage own workload
- Ability and desire to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels including finance and non-finance managers
- Interest in systems improvement
- Develop, mentor and manage a team of financial analysts delivering the global financial planning, and analysis functions of CDP
- Create, promote and facilitate a collaborative, supportive, positive, respectful and transparent work environment
- Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with leadership and staff at all levels throughout the organization
- Interact regularly with senior leadership across CDP as a trusted partner
- Development and delivery of global cash forecasting, with applicable scenario modeling, in collaboration with regional and functional leaders
- Development and delivery of the annual global budget / monthly reforecast process, improving strategic alignment of resource allocation through close collaboration with the CEOs office and regional / functional leaders
- Collaborate with sales, product and development teams to analyze sales and customer trends, including key KPI’s (e.g. cost to acquire, customer lifetime value, customer retention rates etc.), develop dashboards and understand business trends to provide insights into income forecasts
- Develop ad hoc and multi-year financial modelling to inform financial planning, including scenario and sensitivity analysis, and strategic decision making
- Support periodic global financial reporting, enabling the provision of clear, consistent, and accurate global information (P&L, balance sheet and cashflow, including variance analysis).
