Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented, bilingual, Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Maintain files and records in an organized manner
- Manage calendars for executives and team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
- Handle front desk duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in file management and record keeping
- Experience in calendar management for multiple individuals
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
- Familiarity with payroll systems and processes
- Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in event planning is a plus
