Role Summary & Overview-Job Description : As a Junior Product Analyst, you will play an essential role in driving product development by analyzing data and translating customer needs into actionable product features. Reporting to the Head of Product, and working closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams, you will assist in defining feature requirements, facilitating the design process, documenting requirements clearly, and writing development tickets to ensure the successful implementation of features across our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
Feature Definition & Documentation : Work with product managers and stakeholders to define detailed product feature requirements and document them clearly for internal teams.Facilitate Product Design : Collaborate with design and engineering teams to facilitate the design and technical aspects of product features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.Write Development Tickets : Write clear, actionable user stories and development tickets (e.g., Jira) based on defined product requirements, ensuring they are ready for execution by development teams.Data Analysis : Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify opportunities for product improvement.Collaborate Across Teams : Work cross-functionally with teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support to gather feedback and refine product features.Support Product Roadmap Creation : Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps by providing data-driven insights and suggesting product enhancements.KPIs & Dashboards : Help develop and maintain product KPIs and performance dashboards to track feature success and inform future product decisions.User Research : Participate in user testing, surveys, and interviews to gather feedback on new features and improvements.Product Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation for new features, product requirements, and any updates that may be needed for internal teams.Performance Tracking : Monitor the performance of new features after launch, using data to assess success and suggest improvements where needed.Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience :
1-2 years of experience in a product analyst or related role.Experience or strong interest in the Real Estate or SaaS industries.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).Experience writing detailed product feature requirements, user stories, and development tickets (e.g., Jira, Asana).Experience with A / B testing, data analysis, and performance metrics.Skills :
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, actionable documentation.Strong analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.Proven problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.remote work
