What You'll Do:
✅ Conduct WIC intake services, verify participant eligibility, and manage client scheduling
✅ Provide basic breastfeeding support and guidance to pregnant and breastfeeding mothers
✅ Educate clients on using their EBT cards and shopping lists
✅ Conduct community outreach and maintain referral lists
✅ Assist with vendor issues and resolve complaints
✅ Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with WIC guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
✔ High School Diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)
✔ 1-3 years experience in an office, clinic, or similar setting
✔ 2 years in customer service with strong communication skills
✔ A positive attitude toward breastfeeding and willingness to complete training
✔ Bilingual (Spanish/Arabic) required
