Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.
Duties
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems
-Reset laptops with new admin passwords
- manage our microsoft admin dashboard for emails
- Assist with LAN and network administration tasks
- Provide IT support for desktop-related issues
- Communicate effectively with users to resolve technical problems
- Maintain office IT infrastructure including VPN setup and maintenance
-New computer set up
Requirements
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting and network administration
- Experience with Jira for issue tracking
- Knowledge of GPO implementation
- Strong IT support and desktop support skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Office applications and VPN technologies
