Cedar Park Group is seeking a Concrete Supervisor for immediate openings.
Position Details:
- Starts ASAP
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Supervisor Requirements:
- Must be able to manage crews of concrete workers.
- Must have at least 5 years of concrete experience.
- Responsible for coordinating work schedules, overseeing crew performance, ensuring job site safety, and reporting directly to the office.
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage crews and interact with office personnel.
- Must be experienced in concrete work, including edging with a bull float, screeding, and operating power trowels.
- Must ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
General Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and frequently.
- Must have your own basic tools (hammer, pliers, screwdriver, tape measure, and tool belt).
- Must have all necessary PPE (muck boots are helpful for rainy conditions).
- OSHA 10 certification required.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat frequently.
