Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and file organization.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including drafting emails and managing phone calls.
- Process incoming mail and handle basic office supply management.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring efficient document retrieval.
- Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks, including printing, mailing, document formatting, and basic research.
- Assist with calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Build and maintain relationships with tribal clients, reflecting respect for and understanding of Native cultural values.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and general office technology.
- Experience with electronic filing systems and document management.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
