Ceemi Agency Inc is a full service digital marketing agency specializing in helping small businesses increase their online presence. Since our inception in 2019 we have helped over 1,000 small business owners throughout the US.
We are looking for a Customer Service / Client Relations Agent to assist us in daily communication with clients. We have recently expanded into Morehead City, NC and have several local clients. We need someone local who can nurture the existing relationships we have. While this position is remote, we need someone within the Morehead City, NC area. We also have clients throughout the US that this person will work with.
We are looking to fill this position by Feb 3rd, 2025
This includes but is not limited to the following:
- Being the first point of contact with customers
- Dealing with customers who may be upset about services
- Reaching out to clients to get assets
- On boarding calls
- Communication between client and operations to ensure tasks are detailed enough to complete
- QA completed tasks from team
- Answering phone, emails, texts, and discord inquiries
Requirements:
- Must speak fluent English
- Must be able to write in English
- Organizational skills are mandatory
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responding to emails within 1 business hour - being 1st responder to inquiries
- Detailed Note taking during conference calls
- Asset collection - following up with clients to gather what we need
- General Client follow up - could be about billing, follow up, questions staff has, etc.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
