Qualifications
Required:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience: 5 years of experience in office administration
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in administrative procedures and office equipment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of SAP requisition and purchase ordering systems
Preferred:
- Education: Associate degree
- Experience: Experience with SAP requisition and purchase ordering systems
Responsibilities
- Perform and coordinate administrative tasks related to daily department activities
- Maintain time administration records for management
- Create purchase orders and process invoices for accounts payable
- Handle confidential information and materials with discretion
- Process travel requests and ensure accuracy in expense reports
- Manage document preparation, file maintenance, and general office support
- Assist with department budgets, travel arrangements, expense reports, and office supplies
- Perform SAP functions, including requisitions and time administration
- Schedule and organize meetings, meeting documentation, and video conferences
- Support management in achieving targets and completing assigned tasks
- Other duties as assigned
