We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dependable Front Desk / Sterilization Floater to join our dynamic team and support the smooth operation of our practice.
Job Description :
As a Front Desk / Sterilization Floater, you will play a key role in both front office and clinical support. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and families, managing front desk responsibilities, and assisting the clinical team with sterilization and infection control duties.
Key Responsibilities :
Front Desk Support :
Greet and check in patients with a positive and friendly attitude.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
Verify patient insurance and demographic information.
Ensure patient records are accurate and updated.
Assist with patient check-out and follow-up appointment scheduling.
Sterilization Support :
Assist with the sterilization of dental instruments and equipment.
Ensure all infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Monitor and maintain sterilization inventory.
Help with setup and breakdown of dental treatment rooms as needed.
Requirements : Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; dental or medical office experience preferred.
Experience with front desk operations and patient interaction is a plus.
Knowledge of sterilization protocols and infection control standards is desirable.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
