Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Develop and enhance data reporting and analytics to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to gather requirements, recommend enhancements, and drive adoption of process improvements.
- Identify trends through data analysis, propose solutions, and support long-term strategy development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of internal processes and ensure training materials are up to date.
- Promote knowledge sharing across teams and manage key knowledge assets.
- Experience in knowledge management, including content governance, knowledge sharing, and data strategy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Tableau.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Workfront preferred.
- Process mapping skills (Visio or similar tools) are a plus.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
