Knowledge Management Service Lead (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

12 month contract (potential extension)
Overview:
The Knowledge Management Service Improvement Lead is responsible for managing projects and creating knowledge assets to ensure timely and successful project completion. This role involves executing key activities to enhance and optimize the delivery of Knowledge Management (KM) services, including the development and enhancement of data and reporting. The individual will support service improvement efforts and projects, benefiting both clients and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects of moderate to high complexity.
Prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate daily activities and workload for large projects.
Identify issues and recommend solutions.
Evaluate and influence the adoption of enhancements.
Recommend innovative approaches to support long-term strategy.
Communicate effectively with strong written and verbal skills.
Demonstrate strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Collaborate and work effectively in hybrid teams.
Develop and analyze data and reports.
Use analytics to identify trends and improve processes.
Focus on data cleanup and data governance.
Partner with business resources to gather requirements including data needs.
Collaborate with IT to resolve data quality issues.
Implement data quality and governance procedures.
Document internal business process changes and update training materials.
Promote knowledge sharing and manage knowledge assets.
All other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Tableau.
Working knowledge of Visio and Alteryx.
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
Experience with Workfront is a plus.
