Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company, in their search for a Knowledge Management Service Lead. This is a 12-month contract opportunity based out of San Antonio, TX.
The Knowledge Management Service Improvement Lead is responsible for managing projects and creating knowledge assets to ensure timely and successful project completion. This role involves executing key activities to enhance and optimize the delivery of Knowledge Management (KM) services, including the development and enhancement of data and reporting. The individual will support service improvement efforts and projects, benefiting clients and internal operations.

- Working knowledge of Visio and Alteryx.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
- Experience with Workfront is a plus.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $50/hour to $50/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
