Key Responsibilities:
Partner Collaboration
- Work closely with stakeholders across functions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Adapt communication approaches for varying audiences, fostering respectful and effective dialogue.
- Build and maintain a strong internal and external network to support business goals.
Negotiation & Strategy
- Lead negotiations to deliver the best possible product mix while achieving target profit margins.
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the central point of communication for partners, including agents, vendors, merchants, and product teams, throughout the negotiation process.
Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential suppliers based on capabilities, capacity, pricing, and financial health.
- Monitor supplier performance, capacity, and health, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with business units to define and execute grow/maintain/shrink supplier strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage knowledge of production, retail math, logistics timing, and international commerce to guide sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate costing datasets and related reporting to inform business decisions.
Continuous Development
- Stay up-to-date on sustainability regulations, global commerce rules, and industry trends.
- Transform data and research into actionable strategies that drive value across supply chains, manufacturing, and customer needs.
Special Projects
- Contribute to special projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery of results.
Responsibilities:

- Delivers Value on Time by finding or creating leverage, efficiencies and opportunities while identifying and mitigating risks.
- Leverages and continually develops relevant Sourcing knowledge.
- Production, Retail Math, Logistics Timing.
- International Commerce Rules/Regulations, Specialized Country Knowledge, Finance, Macro Economics, Sustainability Regulations and Tracking and more.
- Leads negotiations to achieve the best possible product mix at the target profit margins.
- Creates and drives negotiations strategy.
- Is the central point of communication for all Partners (Agents/Vendors, Merchants, Product Team, etc) throughout the negotiations process.
- Maintains Costing dataset and related reporting, ensures accuracy and timeliness.
- Find and evaluate potential suppliers based on key criteria, including but not limited to capabilities, capacity, pricing/value, financial health and other considerations.
- Monitor supplier performance, capacity and health.
- Partner with Business Unit to create grow/maintain/shrink strategy based on the above and on business needs; drives strategy, monitors results, adjusts course as needed.
- Drives the business by redefining data and research into strategy and action;

- Expertise in international commerce rules, finance, and sustainability regulations.
- Proven ability to lead negotiations and deliver results.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with a talent for leveraging data to drive decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Merchandising, Finance or relevant experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Able to unify and clearly present ideas to individuals and groups.
- Collaborative; works well in a team environment; strong communication skills.
- Meets deadlines; responds appropriately in a timely manner.
- Excellent multi-tasker, able to manage multiple projects/ programs simultaneously.
