Compensation Range: $40 - 44 per hour
Join a leader in the telecommunications space as a UX Designer on their Digital Design team. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that's transforming customer experiences across web, app, and other digital platforms. We're seeking a creative, user-centric thinker who thrives in cross-functional settings and knows how to bring polished, high-fidelity experiences to life.
In-office Tuesday-Thursday, 9 AM-6 PM EST.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement thoughtful UI/UX design strategies that elevate digital customer experiences.
- Create high-quality design assets, including wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, site maps, and visual designs.
- Design interactive elements such as navigation menus, widgets, CTAs, and landing pages.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, designers, and marketers to ensure seamless delivery of digital experiences.
- Run user testing and research activities to continuously optimize usability and user flow.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive and engaging designs.
- Stay aligned with branding and style guidelines across all assets.
- Participate in group brainstorms and workshops, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Use Figma to design, prototype, and present interactive experiences.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly in digital product design.
- Strong expertise with Figma, including high-fidelity prototyping.
- Proven experience with user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and/or app UI/UX design experience.
- Degree in Design or related field.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally in an agile environment.
- Comfortable translating complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Smartsheets, and Google Suite.
- Prior work in a fast-paced, agile product development team.
- Portfolio hosted on Dribbble, Behance, GitHub, or personal website.
- Experience working with digital-first or eCommerce brands.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, if needed.
