Reports to: Quality Assurance & Regulatory Manager
Job Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
JOB DESCRIPTION: The Hygiene Production Assistant will be responsible for a variety of duties. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
CLEANING & SANITATION
High School degree is required. Valid Driver's License & Car Required. Cleaning experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. This job requires someone who is self-motivated, able to perform work while standing for most of the day. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Hygiene Production Assistant will be responsible for a variety of duties. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
CLEANING & SANITATION
- Wash and sanitize production trays, racks, bins and accessories.
- Clean walk off sanitation mats
- Collect trash in production and warehouse areas and place in collection bin.
- Document cleaning on designated logs
- Ensure that cleaners in the washing area are clearly labeled.
- Assist Manufacturing
- Preparing trays and cartons for packing
- Packing and metal detection of finished products
- Spread granulated product onto trays.
- Weigh and pack finished products (as needed).
- Apply labels on packaged product containers (as needed).
- Cross train to assist and back-up Quality Plant Hygienist with various facility cleaning activities.
- Note: Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs.
