· Provide administrative support
· Update and maintain database software
· Manage office communications
· Reconciling contracts and payments
· Filing
· Ensure smooth daily office operations
Qualification Requirements:
· Previous office experience
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
· Ability to quickly learn and update database software
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Professional appearance and demeanor
Compensation:
· Compensation is dependent on experience (DOE)
