What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement a technology plan to improve Thermal Conversion processes.
- Lead the coking network’s Community of Practice to standardize and improve engineering standards.
- Provide technical assurance and support across projects and refineries.
- Identify and promote opportunities for operational improvements.
- Mentor and develop refinery technical resources to ensure robust troubleshooting and standardized processes.
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for engineers and operations teams.
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- Professional Certification or License in Engineering
- 20 years of downstream unit operations and technical experience
- 5 years of experience in thermal conversion unit processes
- Proven expertise in Coking and additional heavy oil processes
