Description
The Quality Specialist is responsible for day-to-day QMS (quality management system) activities. This role reports to the Quality Manager and assists, organizes, and implements processes required for the successful operation and development of Centella’s Quality Department.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for:

Annual Review of reference documents
-
Auditing Quality documents’ matrix and training compliance
-
Monitoring the completion of assigned QMS training
-
Documenting meetings and audits
-
Monitoring and administration of the CPAR (Corrective Preventive Action Request) process
-
Monitoring and administration of the product complaint process
-
Monitoring and administration of the radiation safety dosimetry process
Assist Quality Department with:
-
Business Continuity processes
-
Business Partners Audit and certification process
-
Development and management of departmental processes and QMS controlled documents
-
Internal audits
-
ISO audits, certification, and recertification
-
Management reviews
-
Risk Management processes
-
Continued development of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) processes
-
Technology implementation and integration for the Quality department

Qualifications

A high school diploma. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1-3 years of related Quality experience required with at least 1 year as a Quality Admin or similar role highly preferred.
