What We Are Looking For: Resident Counselor
We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team at multiple locations throughout the Capital Region, including Albany, Clifton Park, Troy, Schenectady, Scotia, Saratoga, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of the person's planning, implementation, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Assist, promote, and provide independence in daily treatment, care, and services.
- Help implement personalized habilitation services outlined in the person's care plan.
- Assist in acquiring skills, including basic activities of daily living, self-care, and household management.
