What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Supervisor position at Center for Human Development?
Seeing a full time Program Supervisor for a group residence for 6 women located in the Forest Park area of Springfield. Responsible for the overall management of the group living environment including licensing regulations and CARF requirements. Must have the ability to teach staff skills in working with people with persistent behavioral issues, and possess the ability to motivate a team toward a common goal. Position would work on a team of 10 experienced supervisors, be in the on call rotation, and participate in the hiring of direct care staff. Previous supervisory experience and Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle for work use, and pass a driving and background check.
