The Event Coordinator position will give you an opportunity to gain essential event management experience, while assisting the Event Coordinator Supervisor, in a fun environment! Responsibilities will include assisting with management, planning, and execution of events—including Group Nights, Campfires, Welcome Porches, Birthday Parties, and Corporate Outings. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for events the day of, this includes events schedules on evenings and weekends, to ensure they run as smoothly as possible.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a complete understanding of the requirements for each event
- Manage the set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes
- Ensure communication is clear between the Events Team, customers and Center Grove Orchard departments
- Handle day-to-day administration of events
