Expectations
This position will follow established policies and procedures to complete routine assignments. Able to follow instructions, prioritize duties, and comply with deadlines. Generally given substantial guidance but expected to be self-directed once trained. A high level of confidentiality is required, as well as the ability to work effectively with a variety of audiences. Attention to detail and professional communication skills are required. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

- Processes terminations and sends benefit summary notifications and HRIS access instructions to the terminated team members.
- Processes promotions, transfer, and allocations letters and changes in HRIS.
- Processes rent discount updates in HRIS and income verification for housing applications.
- Processes benefit reconciliation.
- Assists in preparations for annual benefits open enrollment.
