We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior to join our team in New York City specializing in commercial leasing, franchise and distribution, and corporate real estate. This role will involve drafting and negotiating commercial leases, as well as handling acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases
- Manage the acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial real estate
- Advise clients on franchise agreements, renewals, and transfers
- Provide legal support on corporate real estate transactions and general corporate matters
- Work collaboratively with minimal supervision while managing client relationships
Requirements:
- Significant experience in commercial real estate, including leasing and corporate transactions
- Strong background in franchise law and asset acquisitions
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
