Position Summary:

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Attorney with 4 years of experience to join our thriving firm. The successful candidate will possess substantial expertise in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and entity formation. This remote position, law firm based in Palm Beach County, Florida, requires only minimal office attendance (approximately 3 meetings per month).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and refinancing.
• Offer expert guidance on financing, construction loans, and refinancing for both borrowers and lenders.
• Represent a diverse client base in high-profile, complex real estate transactions.
• Advise on real estate development projects, zoning regulations, permits, and construction financing.
• Counsel clients on entity formation, joint ventures, and structuring debt-equity arrangements.
• Manage sophisticated real estate deals, incorporating corporate law elements and leading contract negotiations.
• Offer guidance on lease agreements, property management, and operational matters for commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.

Qualifications:

• Attorney must be Florida based and commutable to Palm Beach County
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong background in law firm practice.
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate law, with a focus on transactions, financing, and development.
• Competitive compensation based on experience.
