Delmar Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.
About the Role
- Collect and record health information from new residents
- Administer medications and injections as needed
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily activities
- Monitor food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
- Valid LPN state license
- Experience in rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities
Benefits
