Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Operations, as directed, to oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, maintaining shared spaces, and addressing general inquiries.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and processing invoices.
- Oversee the testing center by managing schedules and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines.
- Order facility supplies, track inventory, and ensure timely restocking.
- Perform vehicle inspections as directed and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and contractors to address office needs.
- Assist with planning team activities, events, and organizational projects.
- Maintain compliance with office policies, safety protocols, and local regulations.

Work Environment & Schedule
