As a Case Manager, you’ll be at the heart of helping clients overcome challenges, secure employment, and find permanent housing.
What You'll Do:

- Empower Clients: Build trust with individuals facing homelessness and create personalized plans to address their unique needs.
- Resource Connector: Provide referrals to community services, housing providers, and job training opportunities.
- Employment Support: Guide job-ready clients by reviewing resumes, connecting them to job leads, and preparing them for interviews.
- Champion of Hope: Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor progress, celebrate successes, and provide encouragement.
- Advocacy & Problem-Solving: Help clients navigate forms, complete paperwork, and overcome barriers to success.

Schedule & Training Information:
- Training Period: The initial training will take place at our Resource Center in Glendale from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for a period of one to two months.
- Regular Schedule: Once training is completed, Case Managers typically work a four-day, 10-hour schedule each week. Common schedules are Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday.
- Flexibility: Schedules and work locations may adjust based on organizational needs.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Professional office environment with occasional off-site work and events.
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds and traverse campus sites.

Requirements:Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in social or behavioral science or related field and minimum of one-year of social services experience, or equivalent relevant work experience;
- Strong knowledge of community resources;
- Possess or have the ability to obtain a State of Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card;
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; highly accurate data entry skills;
- CPR-First Aid certification within 90 days of employment;
- Naloxone (Narcan) training within 90 days of employment
- Must be able to pass various background checks
- Must pass pre-employment drug test Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
- Current Auto Liability Insurance
- Must Be At Least 21 Years of Age
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
