Position Overview
Central Baptist Village is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and senior care, a talent for managing multiple priorities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office while advancing the mission of our nonprofit organization.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare setting. Familiarity with senior living environments is a plus.
- Ability to interact professionally with senior leadership, staff, residents, and families.
- Adept in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management skills, highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Board management software, and other relevant tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- $33-$34/hour based on experience.
