We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused To-Go Specialist to join our restaurant team. As the primary point of contact for take-out and delivery orders, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless and exceptional customer experiences.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage To-Go Orders
- Receive, process, and fulfill take-out and orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication regarding order status.
- Maintain Order Accuracy
- Verify orders for accuracy, completeness, and special requests.
- Coordinate with Kitchen Staff
- Communicate orders, special requests, and timing to kitchen staff to ensure prompt preparation.
- Manage Delivery and Pickup Logistics
- Coordinate and manage pickup times, and ensure orders are ready for timely departure.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace
- Ensure the to-go area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with Team Members
- Work closely with managers , bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Participate in Prep Level Management
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Requirements
- Previous Restaurant Experience
- 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment, preferably in a to-go or take-out role for a high volume restaurant.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Clear, concise, and friendly communication style.
- Attention to Detail
- Proven ability to accurately process orders and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Time Management and Organization
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Basic Math Skills
- Ability to handle cash, operate a point-of-sale system, and perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to Lift Up to 25 Pounds
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 25 pounds.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Point-of-Sale System Experience
- Familiarity with restaurant point-of-sale systems.
- Delivery or Take-Out Experience
- Previous experience with delivery or take-out services.
