- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue cycle operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing and coding practices, payer requirements, and healthcare reimbursement systems.
- Proficiency in healthcare billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
