JOB OVERVIEW
The Operations Manager position is a critical role that creates the conditions for excellence across the TechPoint team. Working closely with the Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer, this individual will be responsible for managing internal processes, such as technology, budget and people operations. This person will work very closely with our talent, engagement and events team as needs arise. We are looking for a self-directed team player who will take ownership, pride, and initiative in their work. If you are organized, execution-oriented and skilled in all forms of communication this role is for you!
This position will report to the SVP/Chief Operating Officer but will engage regularly with the entire TechPoint team. It is a full-time position with 40 hours per week expected.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Foster operational excellence across the team
- Support all cross-team systems and digital tools (i.e. Box, Asana, Microsoft Teams etc.).
- Serve as a key point of contact for daily operational support with staff to troubleshoot issues and communicate with CICP and Resultant as needed to solve problems quickly.
- Maintain our office environment, ensuring it is a tidy, inviting and inspiring space for our team to come.
- Provide budget and contract leadership
- Manage all credit card, invoice and expense processes, ensuring that they work smoothly for all team members and all payments are processed quickly.
- Independently champion the collection process for all outstanding payments and communicate with external stakeholders regularly on status and troubleshooting.
- Manage all members of the team needing contracts ensuring each contract’s execution and tracking.
- Drive key people processes
- Work with the SVP/COO to manage hiring processes and communicate with candidates.
- Support the design of and ongoing implementation of the onboarding and offboarding strategies.
- Design organizational culture opportunities (such as work anniversaries and special occasions) and make recommendations to the leadership team.
- Professionally manage confidential information.
- Support TechPoint program operations
- Support TechPoint’s programs by managing contract and financial processes.
- Lead program survey processes, analyze responses and create systems for storing and tracking the data over time.
- Support data entry and tracking processes, mostly in Salesforce, while supporting the creation of new processes in the platform.
- Ensure quality execution of programs by managing specific logistics and serving as part of program planning teams.
- Support TechPoint Initiatives and other duties as they arise

REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience and proven track record in operations work.
- Preference given to candidates with a background in the tech industry, HR/recruiting activities, program operations/event planning, and/or fundraising/sales.
